How self-service works

Paid subscriptions renew on the selected cadence until canceled. Start cancellation in IRIS billing settings and complete it in Stripe’s hosted billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period without proration. Fees are nonrefundable except for duplicate or erroneous charges or when required by law. Seat increases confirmed in IRIS take effect immediately after Stripe verifies payment; seat decreases take effect at renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
