Manage seats in IRIS. To cancel, start in IRIS billing settings and complete the request in Stripe’s hosted billing portal. For a billing-control issue or eligible charge review, include the workspace, account email, date, and amount—but no full card details.
Use the same direct support contacts for privacy requests or suspected account and data-security issues, and label the subject accordingly.
